Butterfly return to Pooles Cavern with a brand new adaptation of Lewis Carroll's ALICE IN WONDERLAND, as part of Buxton Fringe Festival 2017. Follow Alice down the rabbit hole into a wonderland full of crazy characters and nonsense: meet Humpty Dumpty, the most famous egg in the world, be a guest at the Mad Hatter’s tea party and battle against the mysterious Jabberwocky. Curiouser and curiouser. Written by Ed Hartland, Directed by Nicholas Humphreys Performances on 11th - 15th July, at various times each evening (see website for full details) Duration 75min (no interval) - promenade performance. Standing and walking throughout, as you follow the action around the caves. Tickets are £15 for adults and £12 for children.
