Lots to do at Poole’s Cavern & Country Park

In Category: Events, News

This week we have had blazing sun through to persistent rain, but no matter the weather, there is always lots to do at Poole’s Cavern & Country Park.

Take a tour underground, exploring our 2 million year old natural limestone cavern and wonder at the vast array of calcite formations. Be sure to book in advance, as tours book up quickly.

Embark upon one of our many walking trails; following animal or plant sculptures up to Solomon’s Temple Viewpoint. Attend one of our Stronger Roots events: Yoga in the Woodland, Woodland Tuesdays or Play Wild to name a few.

Relax and refresh at our Cafe at the Cavern. Sit and watch the birds feeding as you enjoy  a local cup of coffee. Indulge is a slice of home-made cake or opt for the classic full english breakfast.

There really is lots to do at Poole’s Cavern & Country Park. For the latest events, check out our Facebook Page.

For the more daring, Go Ape Tree Top Challenge is full of obstacles, zip wires and tarzan swings, high in the woodland canopy. This month they are offering 15% off, so don’t miss out! Please go to the Go Ape website to book.
